This privacy policy applies to the TeleLines mobile application (the “Application” or “Service”) for iOS and Android, provided by Shenzhen Zero Point Paike Interactive Game Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) as a free-to-download service with optional paid subscriptions. This Service is intended for use as is.
This page informs you about our policies with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if you choose to use our Service. If you use the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We use personal information to provide and improve the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
TeleLines is a teleprompter and content-creation tool. Scripts, recordings, photos, and imported files stay on your device unless you export them, share them, or use a feature that you choose to send to our servers (for example, AI writing).
To provide a better experience, TeleLines may request access to certain device features and collect limited personal information. All data is handled as described below. The app also integrates third-party services that may collect information to operate their features, identify you, or improve the Service.
TeleLines does not require registration or a user login. You can use the App without creating an account and without providing a name, phone number, email address, or social-media account.
Purchases are completed through the Apple App Store or Google Play using the store account already on your device. We do not receive your store password or full payment-card number.
To operate online features (such as AI writing) and restore membership on the same device, the App may use an anonymous device or installation identifier. This identifier is not your name, phone number, or email.
Purpose: Record videos with the on-screen teleprompter.
Usage: Camera access is requested only when you use recording features. Video is processed on your device.
Storage: Recordings remain on your device unless you choose to save them to Photos or share them. We do not upload recordings to our servers.
Purpose: Record audio with video; transcribe speech for subtitle extraction; follow your voice so the teleprompter can scroll as you read (“AI follow”).
Usage: Microphone access is requested only when you start recording, transcription, or voice-follow features. You can stop recording or recognition at any time.
Storage: We do not upload raw microphone audio to TeleLines servers. See “Speech Recognition” below for how transcription is processed.
Purpose: Convert your speech or imported audio/video into text, and scroll the teleprompter as you speak.
