This privacy policy applies to the TeleLines Android application (the “Application”, “App”, or “Service”), provided by Shenzhen Zero Point Paike Interactive Game Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) as a free-to-download service with optional paid subscriptions through Google Play. This Service is intended for use as is.

This page informs you about our policies with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if you choose to use our Service. If you use the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We use personal information to provide and improve the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

TeleLines is a teleprompter and content-creation tool. Scripts, recordings, photos, and imported files stay on your device unless you export them, share them, or use a feature that you choose to send to our servers (for example, AI writing).

Data transmitted off the device: The App collects device IDs or other IDs and transmits them off your device, as described in section 1.a. Some of these identifiers are also shared with Google (Firebase Analytics). We do not sell this data and we do not use it to show ads.

1. Information Collection and Use

To provide a better experience, TeleLines may request access to certain device features and collect limited personal information. All data is handled as described below. The app also integrates third-party services that may collect information to operate their features, identify you, or improve the Service.

a. Device IDs or other IDs

The App collects, transmits off the device, and (where noted) shares the following identifiers. This matches the Google Play Data Safety category “Device or other IDs”.

• Android ANDROID_ID (or a locally generated fallback ID), used as an anonymous guest openId

  • Shared with third parties: yes — Google (Firebase / Google Analytics)
  • Purpose: analytics; app functionality measurement (including purchase events)
• Google advertising ID (AAID)
  • Collected: no
  • Advertising ID collection in Firebase Analytics is disabled
  • The App does not include AdMob or other advertising SDKs

These identifiers are not your name, phone number, or email. The App does not require a user account.

How we use Device or other IDs (Play Data Safety purposes):

• App functionality (guest session, online features such as AI writing, membership restore)
• Analytics (Firebase)
• Fraud prevention, security, and compliance
• Account management (anonymous device session)

We do not use Device or other IDs for advertising or marketing, and we do not sell them.

Purchases are completed through Google Play using the Google account already on your device. We do not receive your Google password or full payment-card number.
